kotor image error?

When I begin at the Endar Spire and Carth talks to me on the portable communicator, I see him on the communicator in color.
Shouldn't it be gray? How can I fix this?

Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings to see if anything helps? Reloading the game might help, though I'm not too sure if it works. Sorry I can't help much as I have never encountered this problem before.
