I'm trying to take the two weapon fighting feat, which is suppose to only have a prerequisite dex of 13. Yet my fighter, who is just making it to 7th level, has not had the option of two weapon fighting from his bonus feats or his regular feats. It seems that whatever class I choose the feats aren't available unless I'm a ranger. Is there something I'm missing or doing wrong?

I'm pretty sure the manual has the requirements wrong for most of the two weapon fighting feats. I think they all require 2 dex more than what the manual says.

The dex Requirement for 2-weapon fighting is 15. Improved 2-weapon is 17, and Greater is 19.
