I am the proud new owner of TESIV: OBLIVION

And so im looking for some tips on how to becaome stronger and richer :p .
Im a level 2 (hey been playing for only bout 2 hours and haven't really trained) Dunmer Battlemage born under the sign of the Lady. Tip me away please.

NR, you know better. :D Search through the database and you'll find literally pages of tips on what enchantments to use, how to become richer, what quests are easiest, what cheese and cheats are around, etc. Please use that.
