Where the heck do you find it?! I have found pretty much most other essences except this one and I need it to craft enhanced weapons!! Thanks!

You are aware that you can grind stuff like claws and bones and other strange items you take from creaters to diffrent kind of essences?

Yes

Haven't found the component to grind that turns into faint air... Which one can you grind into faint air? I think I've ground all I've found so far. Is it possible I just haven't come across it yet? I'm in chapter 2, right before entering duskwood ....

What patch are you using, if 1.03 Several shops now sell items that can be ground into essances, not to mention gems if needed.

Ok

Checking on my patch, but even so, do you know which component can be ground into faint air and where I can find it? thanks! I've bought pretty much everything that can be ground up so far, and no faint air essence. It's possible I haven't reached a point in the game when it's available, but I'm just checking.

I jsut started chap 2 and I haven't used any of the essances but I have 1 Faint Air.
Iir, they come ghost, phaze spiders Lich Powder (maybe power essance) and the Frost Giant head.

Can't you make 2 Faint with 1 Weak, I mean like take I higher level one and break it down?

If I recall correctly, ghoul claws are the ones you're looking for. Also, they are two in one reagents, since they have the other necessary essence in them as well.

Thanks, I'm Stumped

I remember getting Ghoul claws and I ground them up, but I don't think I got faint air essences because I don't have them and I wouldn't have sold them or gotten rid of them.

Also, I've seen that supposedly you can grind up a weak air into two faint air. I tried this and it didn't work. I was told it's not a valid recipe. How do you do that? I put a weak air on an alchemists workbench, used the mortar and I have a decent craft alchemy and it didn't work. I also had Sand try it because he has a pretty high craft alchemy and it also didn't work.

Very frustrating!

Isnt there a way to convert bigger ones to little ones and vice versa? Try searching the forums cause I thought I remember there being a thread that said something like that.

To my knowledge, you don't use the Mortar&Pestle on the Alchemist bench. You use that item on things in your inventory. So just leave the essence in your inventory and try to grind it with the Mortar&Pestle there.

I do this all/I] the time. Take a weak air and apply mortar and pestle. Voila, you have a faint air essence. This works for any essence except for the lowest ones (faint). It even mentions this in the MANUAL.
