NPCs (Spolier-tiny one anyway)

I am having a problem with my NPCs, namely Elanee. We went on the sky mirror quest and suddenly her name is grayed out on the party roster. Its exactly like Shandra's now and the only way I could remove her was to use a console command. Now I can't add her back at all. She will speak to me when spoken to but nothing else.
Anybody have this problem before?
Is there another console command to actually get her added again? I remember seeing something somewhere about being able to enter a command to get the GUI up and active, but I can't remember where.
help please?
