ive found two of the fiery hearts and lit the blaizers but cant find the third one i looked all over and cant seem to find where it is please help

The third group of fire elementals is up on a little ridge. When you're standing in front of the third brazier, look to your right and up, you should see them moving around on the ridge right next to the hill with the shaman on it.
