any suggestion?

Have you tried reinstalling?
A drive/dllr could have been corrupted.

When did this start happening, did you do something like patch then it breaks?

I see you at 1.02 patch, also with a reinstall you could just go strait to 1.03 if it was 1.02 that caused your problem.

Just restart your computer. This has happened to me three or four times and when I restart, the game runs as expected.
