Glitch(Spoilers somewhat) in Githyanki raid (SPOILER)

In the part where you fight the blade golem in the githyanki base i get it down to 0 health and then the sceen goes black for 5 seconds then it goes back into the game and the golem is still alive at 0 health and i cant kill it does anyone know what wrong?

I'm pretty sure a cutscene is supposed to start up. You might want to try loading a saved game and going through the battle again.

It's supposed to run away when at zero health. You definitely got something stuck in the script.
