If you have a fate point available, use it on "Force good reaction" and then talk to Dante. That should boost his reaction to about 60-100, depending on your character's beauty.

Thx again Mr Pastorius,
But should I use that point just for this? I mean, probably i'll find a better npc then him... And i could use the point for something more valuable... anyway...just my thoughts...
Thx again,
Doido

Well, Dante is a good NPC, especially when it comes to magic, but yes, there are better NPCs than him. You might use a fate point to keep him around though, he can get very useful towards the end of the game.

Here is an old thread on grumpy NPCs that's useful in general.
However, Dante didn't make the list, so there's probably nothing you can buy to make him happy. Either use a fate point and/or raise your Beauty.

Honestly aside from the "Force Good Reaction" FP, I found nearly all the others to be useless, if a door is locked and you can't pic it, or can't unlock with a spell, smash it down, this game is relatively simple to play in multiple directions, I'm one of those people that by the end of the game I would still have all my FP I've collected, but I think they're like rare, but disposable items, if you never use them, whats the point of collecting them?

As long as you've brought it up, I have to admit to a fondness for 'critical success at pick pocket'. I prefer good characters who normally wouldn't learn such a skill, much less apply it; unfortunately, the only way to get the best ending for a certain mastery quest, or certain unique in-game items, requires it.
(Spoiler)
The quest is for Throwing; to finish the quest you have to find and then turn over the best throwing weapon in the game. And unfortunately, if you then kill the Throwing master, you take a huge ding to your reputation and the entire town turns against you. Ergo, spend a fate point to pickpocket it back.
(End spoiler)

It's been debated frequently whether that is actually the BEST throwing weapon, or the Ariel Decapitator, and while of course that weapon IS indeed faster, I tested it, and it took about 4-5 hits with it, and expert Throwing skill to down a common Brown bear, I think I was like lvl 35 or such, and using a god character, simply just for testing purposes, that same bear I killed in 2 hits with the Ariel Decapitator, BOTH before it was able to strike me, my Dex was at 20 though so my speed was epic... I would prefer the AD over that weapon, despite the fact I DO think that weapon looks cooler.

For weapons, I don't just look at power; I look at speed.
For all its coolness factor, the AD has two serious disadvantages: it's slow and has a very limited range. (I'd add a third, that it's loud, except that I don't often play thieves or prowlers where that matters.)
Azram's Star, OTOH, looks like the weapon from Krull, is blazing fast, and (especially at master level) scores a critical hit well over half the time. That makes the difference for me; the Star easily wins over the Decapitator. YMMVAPD.
