Can anyone tell me where the B'OW merchant in the docks district is?. It's meant to be a gnome, past Sands shop, but not Reylene. anyone help?.

Reylene is the only Docks merchant at least through chapter 1.
There is a Kobald [map marked] in the Merchant area.

He's referring to a bonus merchant that appears if you use a special code, giving your PC a couple of feats.

The merchant's name is Fibba, and supposedly she won't appear until Act 2.

Limited edition merchant are following. there one in docks and their one Port Llast. I think one in blacklake is presell. If want me know their name let me know.
