I just started playing Oblivion and I have found one huge difference between it and it's perdisesor, mercentile isn't working well, how should I get money to: Train, Buy equipment,and Buy a horse?

Sain, I just did a search on "money," and found several threads with it in the name that gave plenty of info. Please use search first, because the site owner doesn't want duplicative threads.
