Hey, Recently I found a note saying. "Go to the end of the street, there is a house with the roof caved in, knock twice, then knock once and they will let you in" Where is this house? what is it about?

Like others this a generic note, it doesn't relate to an actual quest. I have to admit this is the only one that's a little misleading. I found one in another city as well.
