I was wondering around aimlessly and I was right above Fort Nikel (west of the Imperial City) and there is a little pond right above the ruins. floating inn the water is a headless corpse with the name Nath Dyer. On this body is a letter, doesnt say a whole lot. what do I do? is this part of any quest? if so what quest and where do I get it?

He's an Easter Egg. No quest, no nuffin'. Just read the note and take the leaves. No name of sweetheart, so you can't find her, no topic about him. I carried the note with me for ages before I gave up hope...
