Baladas?? (SPOILERS!)

Okay, I found his tower in Gnisis... killed two skeletons and a couple of rats, have been to the dungeon in his house, stolen all his money.... and I can't find him anywhere... I just want to ask him his three questions.... how do I find him? (details please... since I've searched the whole place, I must be missing something)

Silvervoxx, welcome to the forums. Please note the sticky thread at the top, the one that says all threads just like this should have a SPOILER tag in their titles. That's so we don't get complaints, much the like one that showed up this rmorning in my mailbox, concerning this thread.

I had trouble finding him initially too.
It's a while since I have done this, but basically, you need to take a hallway that bears left (I think) after you get in. It gradually slopes upwards and leads you to a trapped door. Untrap it however you usually do and walk in. Baladas is on the second level of that area.

Umm.. No. Baladas is an NPC needed for several quests.
The Boots of the Apostle are found in
the Dunmer stronghold of Berandas
....

To get to Baladas just follow the ramp and stairs to the left.
