Prestige class bug?

Those prestige classes, are they wearing special armor or basic armor (0 AC) that makes them look the way they do on the class list? I figured their appearance had to be due to their class-specific basic clothing/armor, but my character still looks like a druid.
I did get the prestige class level-up during a combat sequence and you can't switch armors during combat. So perhaps it is a bug? Someone tell me I can buy these things somewhere..

I am still only at 4th level at the moment with my character, as I have restarted 4 times already.

Yet, I am assuming that you are wanting something that won't happen. I am just guessing here, as I haven't gotten this far, that you will have to purchase or find whatever equipment is on the model for the PrC you want to enter into. When you level you don't just get new equipment handed to you, and your equipment sets the look of your model. So....have fun shopping/looting!

I think they wear some typical equipment at the character building screen. My thoughts are that in later addon's, you might start with a higher level and a prestige class from the beginning, giving you the equipment shown as a starter.

So they're not available in this campaign? Wait.. that can't be right. You mean they are pulling a Bethesda? I have (yet) to pay for content they're already showing off?

Nope...just think that in later addon's like they released for NWN or in Player Designed Adventures you might start as a Prestige Class ( not advancing to one like in the Solo Campaign ) and the equipment shown is your starting equipment.
Cause the Level 1 characters show their starting equipment too. If you change your armor and stuff it shows on your character during gameplay too....

I see now. It's kind of a pity, but I'll get over it. Thanks for clearing that up.

Good. I must have missed that the first time I visited Neverwinter. I think I can get back there tonight.
