Texture Problems

Well, this is only a minor complaint, the game runs smoothly regardless, but strangley enough, some visual effects are not working properly.
PC Version, fully Patched
Brand New Dell Latitude D620
VFX not-functioning
-Sith Troopers Appear in Matte Gray armor rather than shiny silver
-Sith trooper face plates appear as Matte Gray as well, not their standard shiny black
-Twi'leki tentacles don't end in that somewhat shiny texture, they instead turn that matte gray at their ends
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
