Which "Ending" with which Clan!? (wow, so many "W"s! lol)

Just knowing everyone's opinion.

I haven't played with all of the clans yet, but there are some clans, in my opinion, that suit a specific Ending better, RP wise.

So, what do you think? And if you have any reasons for it, please! :D

Here is what I think:

~ LaCroix Ending: Ventrue (speaks for itself), Malkavian (they are lunatics!), Toreador (might fall in love with the prince!).
~ Camarilla Ending: Tremere (Strauss being a Tremere too), Nosferatu (They seem to be rather faithful to the Camarilla and the Camarilla needs them greatly so they may find some respect here), Ventrue (being conservative).
~ Anarch Ending: Brujah (speaks for itself).
~ Kuei-Jin Ending: Toreador (artists tend to like exotic oriental things!), Nosferatu (they may have enough of their kindred's treatment regarding themselves), Malkavian (again, they are lunatics!).
~ No Alliance: Malkavian (they have enough insight -or madness- to let themselves be played by others), Gangrel (the lone-wolves).

P.S. Toreador could be good Anarchs, if we could have an Isaac Abrams Ending too! lol (that is, a Hollywood Anarch Ending)

Bring it on then: Which Clan with which Ending? ;)

Tremere, No Alliance. I don't buy your opinion that clan should determine ending. I think your PC's personality should determine the ending.

I believe that it is the ending that you alone create for your character reguardless of clan.
The only thing that changes is the dialouge when you are of a certain clan (also what ending you wanted to experience), but the dialogue for any ending is the same reguardless of clan.
So you cant possibly pair a clan to a certain ending, but I enjoy the No Aliance Ending in any clan.
It is always comforting to know that no one will ever boss your much adored character around. ;)

Oh no! I'm not saying that the clan should determine the ending!
What I am saying is that, for each player has an idea in her/his mind of what clan would be more fun with what ending. lol
For example, someone might think that a Ventrue having an Anarch Ending wouldn't make sense (story wise).
Of course, all the clans can have all the endings!

Exactly. Sorry, I didn't intend to give you the idea that I was upset or anything. Merely stating an opinion. Frankly, I'd go with just about any of the others, except for the angry, nasty things that can happen. I'm thinking of the Kuei-Jin ending primarily, but a lot of the others have ways to go awry, too. Also, I've always been kind of a fiercely independent soul, so the idea of blowing off everybody just blows my jets. ;)

Yes, the ending in this game is your choice. However, if you read up on clan lore, certain endings are much more likely for some clans than others. For exmple...

Tremere: Every newly Embraced Tremere is required to drink a mixture of the blood of the seven clan Elders. This creates a mystical bond between all members of the clan and grants elders a degree control over younger members (Domination powers are that much more effective when you share some of the same blood , and the older Tremere will be more effective with Dominate to begin with). Tremere loyalty is quite literally written in blood. If you accept Strauss' offer to join the Tremere pyramid, you would be required to partake of the blood of the Elders as well. While you would certainly be free to have your own opinions and objectives, any disloyalty to the clan would be dealt with severely - and the clan is loyal to the Camarilla. Reject Strauss' offer outright, and it's unlikely that any other Tremere would ever trust you. You're outside their pyramid. They would never allow you to learn any more Thaumaturgy than the single path you've barely begun to master, and they might just decide to create a ritual that kills you where you stand from across the globe if they think you're a threat.

Ventrue: Clan Ventrue is extremely traditional. In fact, since the very beginning they have regarded themselves as the guardians of the Traditions (rules of the Masquerade). Furthermore, Ventrue are extremely picky about who they Embrace. The clan is made up mostly of like-minded individuals - conservative masters of finance and politics. It's rare for any Ventrue to not be Camarilla, but it happens.

Brujah: The quick temper and impatient demeanor of most Brujah makes them ill suited to the Camarilla. But they're still idealists. The Anarch philosophy would be very appealing to them.

Gangrel: Clan Gangrel actually broke it's allegiance to the Camarilla some time ago. They were tired of the constant manipulation Most are loners, following their own path. A few join the Sabbat.

Nosferatu: The Nosferatu are in an interesting position. They claim loyalty to the Camarilla and the Camarilla respects them for their tremendous skill at information gathering. However, as we see in this game, the fact that nobody really knows where they are makes it somewhat easier for them to get away with... bending the rules now and then. One thing is for certain, though: Nosferatu stick together.

The high-class tastes of most Toreador, along with their knack for manipulation, make them right at home among their Ventrue peers in the Camarilla. But a Toreador will go wherever her passion leads her, so it's hard to predict where their loyalty will lie. Malkavians are wild cards. No one really knows what a Malk will do, or why. Sometimes not even the Malk himself.

I'm not saying that these are the endings you must or even should choose for your characters. It's your choice, after all. Pick the ending you like best. I'm simply saying that, based on what I've read about the various clans, these are the endings that seem most likely for each of them.
