Ok, i'm on the vahtacon quest in the mages guild. I need to know where to get a damaging magicka scroll. I have the spell, but my destruction skill is 5 when I need it to be 25. So if anybody knows where I can buy a Damaging Magicka scroll, that would be greatly appreciated.

there are all the scrolls you need in the chest next to the bloke who deos the translations IIRC

theres a crate or sumthing behind the table next to that guy by the pillar its full of magic scrolls
