You could try out Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic series. They have the same camera angle but do not possess the same game interface as Fable: The Lost Chapters.

Erm. Aren't those games totally different from Fable: The Lost Chapters in terms of the camera angle and the interface?

Both Morrowind and Oblivion have First Person view rather than 3rd person camera angle and the interface is totally unrelated to Fable's.

In Morrowind you can switch between first person and third person view.)
I never played Oblivion so I don't know how the camera works there.
And I agree that if you like Fable TLC and think you're up to more freedom you should try Morrowind or Oblivion.
I doubt you will find a game that is almost the same as Fable. Fable is such a good game bescause it's so unique.

You can do that in Oblivion too, since I've played the game before, though not for long. Turned me off the first time I saw it. Never liked First Person RPGs anyway, with the exception of Dark Messiah of Might and Magic demo.
Anyway, the 3rd person view in Oblivion is kind of poor and playing in that view is kind of hard and not recommended since the game was designed with a First Person perspective in mind. Tried it and I was forced to switch back to First Person view, seeing how clunky it felt playing in 3rd person.

I have to agree the third person view isn't that great.
