Bloodmoon help *possibly a spoiler*

im so confused. ive already beat the main morrowind game an now im trying the bloodmoon. im stuck....there isnt anything left to do. ive built a little village thingy at raven rock but after i did those quest there isnt anything else to do. can some one plz tell me wat i did wrong or how to do the main quest from here.

Look at the walkthrough. Search the fort until you find a guy who tells you about the guards' morale.

It's faint in my mind (I haven't played the game in a few years) but I'm pretty sure you have to join the Imperial Legion. If not that, then as the guy above me said, talk to the leader in the fort about the men's morale. I don't remember but I think you need to be in the Imperial Legion for that...

you have to go see the captain at fort frostmouth to start the main bloodmoon quest!!

heres what you do you go to the captin and you ask about the men being edgy then you have to investagate that i suggest you go and buy some greed,flin or somthing else like that cuz your gonna need it during your investagation.
