Wizard Query

I am currently attempting to become a wizard. I spoke to the mage in fargrove and he told me all the requirements I need. I haven't quite got 10 nether magic, but it also asks for magic artifacts 5. I don't have that option. Do I need it? or will I get the class option anyway when I eventually have 10 nether magic?

Do you mean magic weaponry? You should have that skill, although you might need to raise light weapons first before you can upgrade it. You'll need to meet all of the requierments stated by the guildmaster.

I have light weapons at 10 and magical weponary at 10. This says magical artifacts 5. Well I will know soon enough if I need it I am up to level 9 with my nether magic so a few more fights of the minator and I should be right.
Will let you know what happens. Sure it will let me as I dont have the option for magical artifacts. Nor does it say so in the helper or guide.

Well it appears the magical artifacts was not needed. I got my 10 nether magic and I was able to get the wizard class. Hmm interesting though. Wonder what it would have been used for.
