has anybody seen those guys when youve been sent to jail or paid the fine they just sit there and say yes master but they dont do anything and when you talk to them all you can talk about is rumors do you know what they are for or who they are. Its a red gaurd chick a n orc male and an elf male

i think they are the people from the fighters guild the desolate mine quest they seem to follow you after that

@cyrodillsruler2, it is at least the third time I quote this for you. It is really not polite from you to ignore the use of the spoiler warning.
