I'm having a couple problems with the black mountain mines. Basically several objects are just missing like the 3rd chest in the Forge and the chest in the throne room along with the Pillar of Truth. Also, visiting the BMC causes the worn boot price to drop to 8 coins and on subsequent visits to Orebender's cavern causes the wall outside to lose panels.

Has anyone run into problems with like this?

Sounds like a graphical error to me, I vaguely remember having a similar problem in the past but I think it was due to not having enough system ram in my computer.
