try clearing an enitre village of people, leave no-one alive and then build a little fort in the middle of the town stand in the middle and shout I AM KING (shouting optional)
ive done this in sedya neen, its fun
you dont have ot save it afterwards. you can use books, plates, bowls all osrts of stuff to build your fort

Create a new character and go unarmored. All of a sudden you won't be able to slaughter anything.... you'll be on the run instead.
Seriously, unarmored with a bow as your major weapon is a lot more challenging, and therefore more fun. (IMO anyway)

I went on an "hand-to-hand" kick... just sort of punched all the monsters...
took forever to kill a deadra lord... but somewhat amusing...
I also collect complete armor sets and wear different sets on different quests... my wife says I am playing 'dolls' ... then I go kill some daedra...

Get a huge bounty on your head, so the guards will kill you on sight and see how long you can avoid them. Sounds easy ... well here are the rules
You are not allowed to kill the guards, (or any creatures you might encounter during your flight)
You are not allowed to use magic, magic items, magic effects (as from shrines) or potions (other than to restore health)
You are not allowed to fast travel
You must try and visit every town/city on the map.
You must start as a level one character (I'd recommend putting sneak, athletics and acrobatics as major skills and playing as a race with bonuses in these areas.)
Failing that play as a khajiit, they're loads of fun - they look strange in certain outfits (particularly modded clothes), they waddle along in that funny ungraceful way and you can give them demeaning kitty names. Mine's called Tiddles. Life is not very nice to her.

Especially when the difficulty level of the game is turned waay up.
You can also build a bridge of pillows across a river. I know one person who did it. That kind of intensity might have been used, instead, to find a cure for cancer.

Yes, very much so! My unarmored ranger is currently at about level 25. Even with Light Armor, at that point the game is very easy. But with unarmored...not so... You really need Sneak, and ranged weapons/spells in order to increase your chances.

Ooooh, I do almost the same thing as Rave Song, however I snipe the guards.
Along with all the rules he put in, my own rule are:
Guards are not allowed to see or charge you. (Baiscally stay out of sight)
No chameleon or invisibility.
No spells allowed.
Must use bow, crossbow, shuriken, dart or throwing dagger.
If you don't like that, try giving each guard a coup de grace.

Also, a couple of good mods: Pursuit Enhanced, and NPC Enhanced. The first lets intelligent enemies open closed doors or exits to follow you, while the second gives enemies more options and goodies to make their attacks more interesting. Such as mages who consume shielding potions before they attack, and guards whose health returns to full after they've quaffed health potions thoughtfully provided by the modder.

Story Mods - these lengthen the length of your game, and some of them are damned entertaining and characcterful (more so than the original game). For example Korobal Island (which is a bit like Raven Rock), Haldenshore (build your own theives guild) and The Lost City and Apostates to Oblivion (very good mods - work best if played in that order).

To those I would add Emma's mods
The White Wolf of Lok'Ken Mountain
The Witchgirl Adventures
The Prophecy of the Lost Heir

Try finishing the game with nothing but a silver dagger, no magic no armour and no potions.
