isnt there a person in dagoth fel that can suspossedly pinpoint just about every city and shrine on your map when u talk to him? ive seen it on a thread somewhere, i just cant remember where ive seen it. any help would be appreciated

Yes there is a man in Dagon Fell that can do this. He is found behind the bar at the local inn. I can't remember his name but he's a nord.
