Font error game wont start (from Fallout Tactics)

this is the error i keep getting i have installed the massive 75 mb patch and also installed the 1.25 and 1.27 patch. still this error keeps comming can someone please help me with this. I installed the game both on xp and windows 2000 still same error. I some one can tell me how to lear this i would be most grateful.
