I just secured the services of Sir Sarles for the Temple of Helm and recieved the next quest. I was told to speak with Dawnbringer Sain of Lathlander, however, when I go to where s/he normally stands (I've done the quest with other characters) Talon Yarryl is waiting there.

Does anyone know the method to CLUA-spawn Dawnbringer Sain and/or what the globals are that are involved with this quest? ... or is there just something simpler that I am missing?
... I'm not sure what mod did this... I've mostly stuck with the Weimer set and Darkest Day.

I would suggest looking arround for the priest, because I think he's on a sort of "patrol" normally (that is, in my heavily modded game!).

I've been looking for him, but I can't seem to find him anywhere in the temple district!

Now that I think about it, I think I actually accepted (but did not start) the Talos version of the Dawn Ring quest from Talon Yarryl long before I even completed the Unseeing Eye quest. Can I still complete the quest for Helm/Lathlander or is there some global that I can edit to fix this?

... and I still can't find Dawnbringer Sain.

Thanks to the magic that is [url="http://infexp.sourceforge.net/"]Infinity Explorer[/url], I found the character ID and global variable behind this.

Just in case anyone else runs into this problem, the CLUA:CreateCharacter ID for Dawnbringer Sain is SCSAIN and the global variable that starts the quest is STEALINGPLOT=1.
