fortify magicka enchantments **spoilers** i hope

Where can i buy/find some grand soul gems with grand souls in. i need more magicka i only have about 210magika and that isnt enought to summon big things or have good destruction spells

In the Imp City, over next to the clothing shop, right of it, in the row with the armorer, that's where I found mine. Plus no need to summon them, you can easily kill a Xivilai, and there you have it plus Azura's.

so what else are grand souls??????? becasue i only have 230magika not enoght to summon a Xivilai for long enought to soul trap and kill

This probably isn't a comprehensive list, but some creatures with grand souls are Xivilai, Goblin Warlords (but none of the lesser goblin varieties), Liches (full Liches, but not Nether Liches) and Minotaur Lords (but not normal Minotaurs).
If you're complete the Arena quests to become Grand Champion, you can fight creatures in the Arena once per week. If you're high enough level, the creatures will be Minotaur Lords, so there's an infinite supply of Grand Souls.
