My first problem is when trying to save Lilly in the freezer and I punch in the code it tells me error and my second problem is the elizabeth dane I can't get the police report.Will some one please help me?:speech:

Your first problem already was stated here once; back then, no one had a solution. From reading a few posts I guess that the whole quest goes buggy if you haven't finished it up to a certain point in the game; don't ask me where exactly though. I usually finish it before commencing any Voerman-related main quests, thus I've never encountered a problem of that sort. Have you found out about the code, or did you just read it somewhere outside the game? Also, what patch/es (if any) are you running?

About the Dane: Well, that depends on the clan you are playing. For all clans but Nosferatu, the cop that calls you when you first enter the deck should hand it to you - if this doesn't work then I guess you can either retreive it manually or use the search function to look up the solutions posted here for similar problems. As a nosferatu, you _have_ to retrieve it manually - see the walkthrough for detail.

Another Question

To finish the Elizabeth Dane quest, do I have to have the police report? And if so where on the cargo is it?

Yep, you do need the police report. I take it that it is not possible for you to get it from the officer, so... if my memory is accurate, it's pretty much one-way from exiting the record-room to the sarcophagus; whether you prefer the sneaky or the a-bit-more-carnage-won#t-hurt-(me) way is up to you. Facing the sarcophagus, the report should be on the right side on a crate or small table; just look around on the right side of the sarcophagus for a bit, it's not hard to spot.

If your Persuade or Demention the Policeman, he gives you the file, if not it is on the crates, leading to the sarcophagus.
If you kill any Police you will not get the Skyline Haven at least not as soon.
