Ok Got Oblivion a week ago and am now listner, arch mage and Grand Champion. So its not that Im not known in the game. I'm trying to complete the fighters guilds missions, but my next mission should be newhiem the poor or something like that. And Azzan wont give it to me he wont talk about the thieves that activates the quest? Oreyn sends me to gro kash and gro kash sends me to azzan and azzan sends me back to gro kash. I've talked to almost everyone and am at my wits end. How do I active Newhiems quest? I'm a swordsman ATM and not in line for advancement BTW

This mission is closely related to you last quest (Den of Thieves), but you don't have to be in the fighters guild to do it. That's why Azzan, Gro kash and Oreyn always sending you to each other.. Your goal is to find a pewter flagon in Hrota Cave and bring it to Newheim the Portly. I think that the cave is marked on your map, but you don't have this red arrow. Check on your map for this cave, if you don't find it, try to ask people in the city, or talk with Newheim the Portly himself.

Portly is in anvil, his house is near the south city gate (the gate to the port). The house is the second (or third) to the city gate on the left (while your looking to the gate). Talk to him he will give the quest.

he'll tell you about a heirloom cup that is stolen. the cup is in the cave at a place where you come from a corridor to a great hall where you fight against 3 thieves as I remember, in the middle of the hall there is subsidence where is a camp fire with beds etc. The cup is on the table...

Damn, how do you remember all that? What a perfect memory!

I'm playing RPG's more then 13 years. And I'm live in the adventures, not just play...

If you live something such important (the adventures where you might die), do you can forget it?!!!

I've gone to the cave theres no one there. I've talked to newhiem and he doesnt tell me anything. is there something else I shouldve done? I'm thinking my missions are bugged now. Because I turned in the journal for Maglir ? to oreyn but gave credit to maglir. could this quest have bugged it somehow?

I've talked to Newhiem Guys. Doesnt give me the quest and Azzan still wont talk about the thieves and no one in my guild talks about victims therefore activating Newhiem to give me the quest...

...So can anyone tell me how to activate the quest as far as a Specific person to talk to or that its bugged and help me out some or just keep saying stupid things like " QUESTION SPOILER" ..... therefore wasting more of my time...?
