Is it possible to enchant a item with more then one soulgem?

I use grands but they have only 1600 points. but there are items with more. 3200 or 5000 for example.

I wish make stronger enchantments, so I have to create stronger soul gems ı assume. How can this be?

Note: I'm lvl 36 and not played the main quest line, since I found out Kvatch was destroyed. So I'ne not seen any sigil stone.

1600 is the max for grand soul gems
typically items found have greater enchantments than ones you can make.
try closing some Oblivion gates for sigil stones. I would save just before you grab one so you can reload to get an enchantment you like since they are randomly applied

Any item that can increase your Intelligence will help increase the power of your enchantments, but that's it. One soulgem per enchant.

Do you mean that enchanting with higher INT use less soul points???

I tought that enchanting was bound with the conjuring skill...
