In the courtyard part of castle Skingrad, there is a secret passageway behind a wall that leads to a door - the door goes into an underground room that contains a woman sleeping on a stone table.
(I found it by jumping outside the courtyard via the roof, falling down and activating the door from the 'wrong' side of it.)

Just checked, and the room is called 'The Chamber of the Lost'.

I'm curious as to which quest this relates. It seems quite a large secret, which implies it must be a fairly major quest - probably one of the Guild quest lines?
If so, can someone tell me which Guild quest line it is part of? (I don't want to know anything more than that please)

It's not a guild quest. It's a quest that becomes available if your character becomes a vampire. Won't say more than that since you didn't seem to want any more info

Ah, part of the Vampire cure quests - that makes sense

Suppose that could be my next set of quests to complete - though I'll be damned if im going to cure myself!
Being a vampire is all positives when you get high leveled enough for the sun dmg not to matter.
(though it would be nice if there were a Sun Ward ring or something, that negated the sun dmg )
