Cant complete knife in the dark

Right so i killed rufio and the dark brotherhood messenger guy came, then i got kicked out of the brotherhood and had 2 kill that spirit, it says i should talk to ocheeva to get another contract but all she talks about is:
NIGHT MOTHER
RUMORS
SITHIS
so i cant complete this quest and continue the db guests
please help

You killed the target.
Rufio is the target, kill someone other innocent person then wait for him to come then kill Rufio.

yea i killed a beggar but no1 came wen i slept do i have 2 do a night mother ritual?

Find a beggar - kill him - check your stats to see if you have: Innocents Murdered - 1 then you can rest and the Speaker will come with orders to execute Rufio.

my innocents murdered is 4 and it saya speak 2 ocheeva 2 get a new contract but i speak 2 her and she doesnt tell me about a new contract, is there a cheat 2 just complete this quest and move on 2 the nxt 1 otherwise im screwed
