Runtime Errors causing Crashing

I will be in the middle of playing a game of NWN and have been getting these errors - they say at the top: "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" then in the box: "Runtime error! Program: C:\NeverwinterNights\NWN\nwmain.exe Abnormal program termination" and then an OK button to click on.

I have 20GB free space on my HD. I have Nvidia GeForce FX5200 graphics card with all latest drivers.

I used to get them a lot, but they stopped for a long time (I have no idea why) then started again after downloading the new CEP patch. I have tried updating drivers, reloading NWN, cleaned off all viruses and temp files, cleaned up harddrive, defragged, ran that new graphics patch, tried everything and no luck. And noone on any forum has ever given me a solution. I hope we can solve this, cause jeez, its frustrating having to crash out of NWN and leave a colleague in the field to be munched on by beholders!!!

Looking forward to solving this :)
