I guess hes a scamp mercant? Thing is, I've heard alot about him and I'm looking for a permanant trader. Where is he? Are there any pros/cons to trading with him?

Please do a search on this forum for that kind of info--it's been gone into, at length, before. And the site owner doesn't like thread duplication, which he says slows things down.
