is there any way to own a pack guar?

I've been wondering this ever since I did the "Rolly the pack guar" quest where my bosmer had to take Rolly's owner to Vivec. So does anyone knoe if you indeed CAN own a pack guar? Or for that matter, any sort of animal to ride/carry your equipment?
And where could I find it?

Aw thank you! I tried "Abigails Pet Shop" but i guess you need Tribunal or Bloodmoon for it to work, which i dont have. So I'll look around that site, im sure ill find one that works!

There are others, too. I recall one that had a pack guar seller in Pelgiad--can't remember the name. Try doing a database search of MW mods at PlanetElderScrolls, using guar in the descriptive field. You'll find several beside the ones DW mentioned, though I think those are among the best.

I don't think you'll find a pack guar mod that doesn't require the expansions.
There's a thread on the official forum that lists mods that don't require the expansions. It doesn't liste any pack guar mods, but if you don't have TB or BM maybe you will find it useful:

The
Pack Animal Merchant mod in Pelagiad does require Tribunal, but I've linked it above, in any case. He also sells pack rats.
