Screenshot? Consensus?

I don’t know how to take a screenshot and I’ve heard two different methods. Does anyone know how?
I’ve tried Prt Sc but it wouldn’t paste in paint. Any suggestions?

You need to do two things is what I found out:
1. Go to My Documents/My Games/Oblivion and open that folder. There's a Oblivion.ini file there. Open it in Notepad....DON'T USE WORD!!!. Wordpad is OK, too. Look for bAllowScreenShot=0 and change the 0 to a 1. This is the first thing. SAVE the file!
2. Now go to (if you used the Default Installation) C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion to find the Screenshots you create when pressing the Prt Sc key.
