I just got oblivion and I just brought Martin to the blades. I was wondering how do you join the blades guild.

When you speak to Jauffre you should get an offer to join them, but from what I was told, sometimes you do not recieve it. Why, I have absolutely no idea. If you don't/didn't get one, don't worry. There are no quests on offer or anything.
