Geridans Tears (Spoilers)

How many tears are there?? It keeps saying to keep searching. Anyone know?? 
Completed... answer to my own question for others.
You must cross the log to get the final tear. Best way to get across is to both walk and crouch, making you go slowly; jump onto the log, save the game, then go forward and jump at the same time to get across the log. That was the easiest way I found.
Total tears found: 5
