Will my innate attributes go beyond 100?

can your innate attributes go beyond 100? just curious, coz in Morrowind, your strength can't go beyond 100(unless with spells/equipments). That's is, if you choose to be under the steed sign, your initial boost to speed(20) will eventually be useless. Same goes with other birthsigns that alter attributes.

without magic bonuses it does indeed appear to be imposible to naturally raise your stats beyond 100 (i've currently got 120 strength, but thats thanks to two enchanted items, without them it is at 100 and I dont get the option to increase it anymore when I level up)

Yes, those initial bonuses end up being useless eventually but I actually like them cause they make it easier for me in the beginning of the game, when I have the most trouble before my stats go somewhat reasonably up and before I get some decent loot.

EDIT: Sorry about the double post, am not sure how to delete the second one. Forum went whacko on me.

There are some leveling mods that allow attribute levels to exceed 100. I haven't used any, but if you search around you'll find one. I think you can access one of the sites with such a mod from a link in a message in the stickied mod thread. That is, if you want to go that route.

You can also temporarily improve your attributes above 100 with potions or blessings. Some blessings last 10 minutes in real time.
