So as not to give away where I've come across these foul creatures, can someone simply tell me what it takes to dispurse of them? :)

I've encountered two so far - the first worked with a silver blade, a lot of healing, running around, hitting then running and healing, and I died countless number of times. Second was easier - used an enchanted sword, but it still required a lot of dodging and healing. Nasty piece of work, worse than Will-s.

This is the name that shows up for them when I'm close enough....and live long enough.....to catch the name.

Since this is a SPOILER noted thread: There are several...I think THREE...in a wrecked ship south of Bravil.

The Quest is called: Forlorn Watchman

Ah those are troubling you! Well there's a trick to it, to those three at least - watch how they move, the first one in the Captain's cabin won't move from the door, so if you have a fire bolt or something whack away with that, move to the side till you replanish M, then again.

Then there's two at the middle deck, go back to the Captain's cabin yourself (they will follow) this time they will get stuck at the door. Repeat with fire bolts. Then there are more at the very bottom but only one I think - do the same with the Captain's cabin. It works.

Thanks, I will have to give that a whirl when I get back to the game later tonight.

BTW, I was able to get all of Umbra's stuff while at Level 10. So, this one was giving me a headache. :)

AH but that's leveling up for you. The higher you go, the higher monsters go only they go full out with health, magicka, end and skills while we muck around here and there. It wasn't a problem for me with these in the quest you're doing now but I encountered more later - mess, just barely got out of there alive.

As I've said, just enter captain's cabin, don't move, it won't come to you. With the others you take the place of the first, the others will stay at the door. Oh and well, you'll see ;)
