Two weapon fighting...

As a new player for oblivion I'm asking if it's possible to fight wih two weapons, and if how?
Mostly all my char. tend to use two weapons but I don no how.
For second how could I carry more (Has horses addional bags or any different way)?
Note: I'm using the PC version

I don't think so, I should've noticed by now. Mind you, there was a popular mod for Morrowind that did just that. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before someone creates it for Oblivion.
As for the horses, no additional storage. Again, I'm sure that'll be modded before long.

But If you create a drow (dark elf) character you should be able to fight with two weapons, escpecialy for dark elves. Most RPG have this option.
Really very silly...

no thats more of a D+D thing...especially the drow...this is elder scrolls...similar but its own thing through and through...one weapon fighting is hard enough(IMHO) thats why i stick with bows

You mean Dunmer - Dark Elf, and no, no option for two weapon fighting but for a reason I think, when you start playing the game you'll see. Probably will be an option with a mod, though how that will work ... it is hard as it is.
