Change mouse sensivity on windows.
Change mouse sensivity on Oblivion.
Change your mouse

.
Buy better hardware, cause you're lagging because your PC is slow.

I was rather hoping for some rather mature constructive help, then some newb, but i tried senstivity and my gear is fine, been told it sumtimes lags on the menu but in gameplay it is fine not tried it yet as i am after to sort it so zero probs on game.
Note: i have no mouse lag issues till i get IN game (to the point of creating character onwards.)

@Omada, I was trying to help. That is what you can do. If you have mouse lag, either you have mouse sensivity low, or your hardware cant keep up the pace. That is the help I can offer. Now, if you have no need to hear what's usually done, and what usually fixes the problem, fine, why dont you just solve it yourself? Regarding your problem in game, I guess it is due to low ram, or low video memory, if you have tuned up mouse sensivity, or you're overloading your sistem with transparencies when the inventory screen shows up.
Just try to cool of a bit. Those were standard replies, and your question had the following remark:
"Any help will be appreciated".
Another reminder: There is no "newb". You're acting as a children, asking for any help and denying it when you receive it. Btw, there are rules on the forum for trolling, I'm sure you've checked out, and trolling is grounds for banning. Be warned.

You might want to consider, too, that the "noob" in question has 1) been on the board for 3 years, 2) has made nearly 8,000 posts, and 3) is a moderator. All of which is very visible. It pays to have good perception, even if that isn't a value inside the game.
And Luis is correct. His initial information may have seemed slim, but a more balanced response would have certainly gotten you a reply without a warning.
Concerning the mouse problem, I've noticed it generally from the main menu that proceeds choosing a saved game. If it doesn't actually affect your subsequent gameplay, don't worry about it. My guess is, though, that it will show some lag in outside areas--and we have several threads about changes you can make to help that. It isn't a mouse issue. It's related to video cards and/or CPU speed.
