Oblivion on a laptop ???

Hi all,
Considering ordering Oblivion from Amazon but just worried about my laptop playing it.
I have a Sony Vaio Centrino 1.73Ghz, 1Gb Ram, 128Mb NVIDIA GeForce Go 6400 Video card.
Will this play the game ok ? Any thoughts

Run it will, but don't expect high graphics.

I highly doubt you'll get it to run properly, it's minimum is 2 GHz

But on an equivalent value my Centrino 1.73 is a normal 3.42Ghz

It runs on my AMD Turion 64 MT-30 1.6GHz, 640MB RAM, integrated Radeon Xpress 200M graphics: but low resolution and I turn the grass off!

Indeed, you can scale the graphics down pretty far. It will run, but don't expect to see the magic, Cinderella.

It will run. As others have observed you will have to tunr the graphics down. You can still get fairly good graphics if you judiciously apply the many tweaks that are available on the net. And you will still be able to enjoy the game.
