How do you enable it? i cant find how anywhere on the site

In order to work. edit Baldur.ini put debug mode=1 on [Program Options] and in the game press CRTL SPACE to activate the console.

Open your baldur.ini file in the Baldur's Gate directory and type Debug Mode = 1 underneath the Program Options line

in case you haven't figure out how to edit the ini file, the easiest way is to use notepad and ask it to open *.ini on BG2 directory. after taht be sure to save it, so the cheat can work.
