heavy weapons question

Post by darkkken »

i ran my heavy weapons up to 10 on moonstone island so i could ascend to deathlord - does it actually DO anything to go beyond lvl 5 where advanced attacks occur???/ TIA for any help  :D
i guess same for any of the weapon/armor skills like shield, ARMOR while we are at it
i know parry is helpful, enemies seem to "miss" more with attacks, and magic weapons definitely do MORE damage as i ramp it up :D

The armor and sheild skills decress penalty, so - yes its doing something.
As for the weapons i do not think it helps beside lvl 5 (combo's...)

No need to raise shield, armor or weapon skills above what is needed to remove penalties. The exceptions are that you get the bonus attacks at level 5 for weapons. Parry skill button is broken and does nothing. If you doubt that parry skill does nothing then save your game and put some points in parry and watch your parry stat not change. D
