i'm in the throne room how do i defeat the valharess? i'm a dwarf druid/harper scout/shifter.

The Valsharess uses some heavy duty protection spells. Try to strip them from her. Use animal companions, summons, anything you can get your hands on. Buff yourself, if you can, and once the protection spells are gone, just lay into her with weapons. She isn't that much of a fighter and relies more on magic.
