NWN, tired of it.
DS 1&2 , sucks.
Arcanum , sucks.
BG 1&2 , tired of them.
Diablo 1&2, tired of them.
Fallout 1-3, sucks.
Darkstone, tired of it.
Dungeonlords , sucks.
Fable, tired of it.
IWD 1&2, tired of `em.
Lionheart, sucks.
Planescape, sucks.
Morrowind.
I need a good, fun and entertaining RPG with character creation etc, etc.
Preferably based on dungeons, magic, knights... the lot.
Ohh... dont forget, a well developet game so that i dont run into bugs or
idiotic things that the Devs missed. (like in Dungeonlords).

You could give the Gothics a whirl. They are in the vein of games you like. Though, you might think they "sucked too." You might enjoy Morrowind as well. It has the type of customization you like.
For not wizards and warrior type of games, Vampire: Bloodlines and the KoTOR titles are pretty entertaining.
Though, I thought many of the games you hated were great, so I may not have a full grasp of your taste.

Well, IMO not all the games you mentioned are bad, but to each his own.
I recommend Morrowind, if you haven't tried it. It's literally THE most open ended game there is for either PC of Xbox.

And Morrowind's successor, Oblivion, is due out in the February/March timeframe. But at the moment, MW could certainly be purchased cheap. On the PC, you can add up to 210 mods to it, if you have the memory; and there are 4000+ mods that provide anything from huge quest systems to new guilds, to personal houses (with furnishings you can add and move) to game tweaks.

Funny how Fallout 3 "sucks" when it hasn't been made yet

Yeah, i would get Elder Scrolls III (morrowind, like they said), and get accustomed to the world before you invest in Oblivion (elder scrolls IV).
it meets all your requirements:
character developement is pretty outstanding
the dungeons are scattered all over the place, with hidden nooks and crannies that make it worth playing
I dont know if you can be a knight insofar as riding a horse goes, but modders have everything covered from additional cities being added on, to a plug in that lets you take fishing lessons in a submarine... so horses are probably in there somewhere. if not, there are enough other classes to make it worth while.
If the game seems to be lacking in anything you might want, send a message to fable and see if there is a mod for it. You know those 4000+ mods he was talking about? he has every single one memorized.
Its the most dynamic world i have ever played in. hope you enjoy it.

Hmm - not to turn this in to a debate about Morrowinds qualities and lack therefore - but Morrowind was certainly one of the most static worlds I've encountered in a single player RPG, which was a shame because the game could have been a truely great RPG.
However, Morrowind is a good game, it is just to bland/generic and static in gameplay and the gameworld for me personally.

Thanks for the answers dudes, but i`ve tested Morrowind and didnt like it
at all, it was laggin way too much and it froze every 15 sec.
My computer.
Amd1800xp.
Geforce4 Ti4200.
512PC 133 SD Ram.
SB Live 5.1 EAX.
Win XP.
That is what i have to play with atm, and its strange thou because i can run
WoW and EQ2 with no problem, while MW lagged and froze like crazy.
Anyhew, Gothic sounds nice, i`ll check the reviews, screenshots and speccs.

Gothic's not far off from MW in terms of the demands it makes on your computer.
