Ok! I now have above 23 in constitution thanks to items which give constitution point + modifiers still i cant use implants with a minimum requirments of 16,18 (theyr all red even with very high con) etc (none of my party members can and im late in the game) seems the added bonus con points dosent count up, is it a bug or do i forget something? And are the golden numbers at the stats showing that the certain skill is modified by items?

BTW this is on Xbox.

An implant which requier 18 constitution requiers you to have 18 constitution as a base, that is before _any_ modifier is added.
