error messages

Hey guys..really need the help here. I just got this game 2 days ago and was looking to play it..the first time I tried it I got a message saying that its taking too long in authenticating the disk, so I contacted tech support and they had me contact SecuRom, and SecuRom explain to me that its probably because the old exe. file is not working, so they send me a new exe. file, but after that, in attempting to open the game with the new exe. file, the game would open, then immediately I would get a error message asking me if I want to send this error report to Microsoft, or canel..

Anyone here has any clue about what's going on here.... :confused: :(

Hmm no clue. You should probally just return the game and get a different copy.

I'd suggest calling SecuRom back. If they can't help you, try Customer Support, explain all the time it's taken and still no resolution (very nicely), and perhaps they'll replace the game with proof of purchase.
